As I said in one previous reply, this option is not yet available. I have just released a new version (3.2 update 9), which adds:

Nic vám nebrání překládat celý projekt, jako je tento, ale protože OmegaT nemá představu o stavu, nemůžete provést rozdíl mezi segmentem předem přeloženým (a ne úplně, protože jsou překládány pouze glosářové položky) a segmentem, který jste prověří a nakonec upraví po.

Bez toho bych osobně nikdy takhle nepracoval.

 In OmegaT probably not (or ultimately via script), but with the just mentioned pre-translation screen DGT-OmegaT, yes: 
 
 jednoduše vyberte "Přeložit jako - -> Strojový překlad " ("Translate as --> Machine translation").
